Our purple beldi olives are grown in the heart of one Morocco’s most rich and fertile plains. Once olives have achieved peak ripeness, they’re carefully hand-picked and cured in water and sea salt. With purple to red skin and a deliciously rich and fruity taste, they have a tender flesh that easily separates from the pit. Purple olives are traditionally used to bring a salty element to Moroccan tagines and salads, but are also fantastic as a snack or accompaniment to any meal.
