1. Returns:
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame: - You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@organiamart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return the product to OrganiaMart within 2 days of receiving the RMA number.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your return.
2. Refunds:
Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued for eligible returned items in compliance with our Returns Policy.
Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and approving the returned item. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Method of Refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exchanges:
Product Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item per our Returns Policy and place a new order.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@organiamart.com Provide a detailed description and attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- We will investigate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
